Oh Hey Tezzanation,
Tonight's post will be a little different because I thought I'd talk to guys about an event I attended last night in London. (YouTube Space).
The event itself was of course held at YouTube space which is just an incredible space, and the event was for I am Being Me Campaign which is a charity that helps provide awareness of difference and allows you to embrace who you are.
Now I reckon would be a good time to talk about my differences because yeah I'm autistic, which we will get onto a bit later I do have other disabilities such as dyslexia and dyspraxia. Back in secondary school we only knew I have dyslexia and dyspraxia.
In year 8 I think it was, my tutor (from the teacher) said I could only be a cleaner, now why would a teacher say that to a child? Don't get me wrong theirs nothing wrong with being a cleaner because, in fact, my mum was one and I actually do enjoy cleaning.
Boy was my teacher wrong to say what she did, indeed she was because at the end of the day no one should have to go through that. Yeah, I have been bullied but other students but in a way, you could say I was bullied by a teacher which is just wrong.
However, I did end going to college, studying it (computers). Then went to university and studied web media in where I graduated and was awarded a diploma, as university finished I managed to somehow to perform at the 02 arenas in front of 23,000 people with Taking That.
But while we're talking about uni in like year 2 (level 2) because I did a 3-year course, I was told I may be autistic so I went to get a few test done and found out, in fact, I'm on the low spectrum of autism.
As they say, never let anyone tell you are different because at the end of they day you are being you, you should be proud of who you.
You may have noticed I have attached the I am Begin me Capitan video below so you guys can give it a watch and share the heck out of it.
Be proud of your because I am proud to be me.
